What We Offer
Re-Performing Mortgage Notes
The Company will purchase non-performing residential mortgage notes and renegotiate the loan terms with the borrower. The Company will work with the borrower and modify the loan, making it more affordable. This allows the borrower to get back on track, making regular payments and the note then becomes a re-performing note.
Reinvigorating Homes
The company will purchase non-performing notes that are either in foreclosure or in a position where the existing owner agrees to an immediate property transfer with a highly discounted price (this could be a deed in lieu of foreclosure or a short sale directly from the owner). Either way. Monroe takes ownership of the property, rehabilitates it, and places it on the market for a price exceeding the Company's investment.
Investing in Performing Mortgage Notes
The Company will invest in performing notes that can be purchased at a discount and for slow and steady returns.

Monroe's Real Estate Investment Company will offer expertise in the legal considerations associated with notes and the research that goes along with assessing notes.
